The service
Dailies is offered to agencies as a pilot. We do our best to keep it available and your files safe, but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t lose (see “Take everything with you”).
Your content
Agencies and creators keep all rights to what they upload. You give us permission to store and show it to the people you share it with, only to run the service. Usage rights between agency, creator and brand are agreed between them; the app only records them.
Fair use
Don’t upload anything illegal or that you have no right to, and don’t use the app to send mail to people who didn’t ask for it. Mails the app sends are capped per day.
Ending
An owner can close a workspace at any time; it can be exported and reopened for 30 days and is then deleted. A creator can delete their account at any time in the app.
